What have we done?

As part of our continous review of safety, we've implemented a comprehensive range of measures to ensure our customers, our volunteers and our staff, can shop and work with us safely.

These include a limit on the number of people in the Shop at any one time, application of hand-sanitiser on entry, a one-way route around the Shop, provision of face masks & face shields, a perspex screen in front of the till, contactless payments, good ventilation and an intensified cleaning schedule.

We also carry out regular risk assessments to make sure we're meeting all necessary criteria to keep you safe.

Nevertheless, if you're self-isolating, vulnerable or can't come into the Shop for whatever reason, we can deliver shopping to you. Just call us on 01386 833616.

We ask our customers to kindly work with us in the interests of everyone's safety

• Remember to keep a safe distance from others

• Please try to shop alone wherever possible

• Wear a face covering unless you are exempt

• Don't forget to use the hand sanitiser provided

• If you can, try to use contactless payments instead of cash

• Please be patient if you have to wait a short time before you enter the Shop
