Annual Members' Meetings
Learn more & have your say
Our Annual Members' Meetings are open to all. You don't have to be a member or shareholder to attend, although only members and shareholders can vote on resolutions. These meetings give you an opportunity to get an update on how the Shop is doing, and have your say in plans for its future.

Our volunteers help make the Shop the success it is - a treasured and much needed amenity for the village. We have a wonderful group of volunteers and love to get together with them when we can for a night out and some fun. Why not join us?

Monthly luncheons
Our monthly lunches are for those 'young at heart' but a little bit older elsewhere! If you'd like to attend, or know someone who would, please get in touch. Call in at the Shop, phone, email or send us a message - see our contact page for details. Sadly, we can't hold lunches at the moment because of Covid, but we'll resume them just as soon as we can safely.

Bretforton is a thriving village with a whole host of events and activities in a normal year. We like to support them and participate wherever possible, whether that's by selling tickets, running a stall or promoting them through our marketing.
